Ingredients

- 4 chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, sage, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For best results, marinate overnight.
- You can use bone-in, skin-on chicken for more flavor.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or salad.
