Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, star anise, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade. Ensure they are fully coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For more flavor, marinate overnight.
- Serve with a fresh salad or grilled vegetables.
