- 4 chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, tarragon, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Marinate overnight for a stronger flavor.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
