- 4 boneless chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken fillets in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
