Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade. Coat well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
