Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken fillets with the herb mixture.
- Place the chicken on the grill.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes for better flavor.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or a salad.
