Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken fillets
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups mixed tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken fillets in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine chopped tomatoes and red onion.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve grilled chicken with tomato salad on the side.
