- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups mixed tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken fillets in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, combine chopped tomatoes and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve grilled chicken with tomato salad on the side.
