Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth to make hummus.
- Warm pita breads on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Slice grilled chicken and serve with hummus and pita.
