Instructions
- Marinate the chicken cutlets with jerk seasoning and olive oil for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken cutlets for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine the mango, bell pepper, red onion, lime juice, and salt to make the salsa.
- Serve the grilled chicken topped with mango salsa.
