Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
