- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the drumsticks with the marinade. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, and lime juice to make the slaw.
- Brush the peach halves with olive oil.
- Grill the drumsticks for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Grill the peaches for 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized.
- Serve the drumsticks with slaw and grilled peaches.
Notes
- Marinate the chicken overnight for deeper flavor.
- Adjust Sriracha to control spice level.
- Use fresh peaches for best results.
