Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground chicken, cook until browned.
- Stir in black beans, diced tomatoes, cumin, and chili powder.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
