Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken fillet, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken, bell peppers, onion, and pineapple onto skewers.
- Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
