- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place marinated chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
- Adjust sugar for desired sweetness.
