Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add ginger and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add jasmine rice and cooked chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in soy sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
