Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, red bell pepper, green onions, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over a bed of mixed greens.
