- 12 egg whites
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix egg whites, spinach, bell pepper, cottage cheese, feta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture into each cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Let them cool before removing from the tin.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- These bites can be frozen for longer storage.
- Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to customize your bites.
