- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oil in a deep fryer or skillet.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the nuggets for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a healthier version, bake the nuggets at 400°F for 20 minutes.
