Instructions

  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet. Dimple the surface with your fingers.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing.
