Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Fresh rosemary
- Coarse sea salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet. Dimple the surface with your fingers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic or other herbs.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
