- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour to the melted butter and stir for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Notes
- For a crispy topping, add breadcrumbs before baking.
