- 4 chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Marinate the chicken for a few hours for more flavor.
