- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 4 whole wheat wraps
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, and olive oil.
- Coat the chicken fillets with the honey mustard mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken into strips.
- Lay the wraps flat and add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and chicken strips.
- Wrap tightly and slice in half to serve.

- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers.
