- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with hummus.
- Spread the chicken and hummus mixture in a baking dish.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
