Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken pieces, brown on all sides.
- Stir in paprika and bell pepper.
- Add chicken broth, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream, cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve with dumplings.
