- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic, ginger, and salt.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade. Coat well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
