- 4 chicken fillets
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken fillet and stuff with the garlic herb butter.
- Coat each stuffed chicken fillet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or salad.
- You can freeze the stuffed chicken before baking.
- Adjust herbs according to your preference.
