Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken fillet and stuff with the garlic herb butter.
  4. Coat each stuffed chicken fillet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or salad.
  • You can freeze the stuffed chicken before baking.
