Instant Pot Alfredo Chicken: 7 Reasons to Love This Comfort Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken fillet
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and add minced garlic.
  3. Add chicken and brown on both sides.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
  5. Add fettuccine pasta on top, do not stir.
  6. Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  7. Quick release the pressure when done.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • For a thicker sauce, add more cheese.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.
