- 1 pound chicken fillet
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and add minced garlic.
- Add chicken and brown on both sides.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir.
- Add fettuccine pasta on top, do not stir.
- Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure when done.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a thicker sauce, add more cheese.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
