- 4 chicken quarters
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Season the chicken quarters with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set the instant pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
- Brown the chicken quarters on both sides for about 5 minutes.
- Add chicken broth to the pot.
- Close the lid and set the instant pot to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
