Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
Instructions
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function.
- Add olive oil and brown the chicken for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and mixed vegetables to the pot.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Select the manual setting and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot to mix with vegetables.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use frozen vegetables for convenience.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
