Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine jerk seasoning, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For more heat, add chopped Scotch bonnet peppers to the marinade.
- Serve with rice and peas for a traditional meal.
