- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup potato starch
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sake, ginger, and garlic.
- Add chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat the marinated chicken in potato starch.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
