- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup tonkatsu sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Press chicken into panko breadcrumbs to coat.
- Fry chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken and drain on paper towels.
- Slice chicken and serve with tonkatsu sauce.
Notes
- Use a meat mallet to flatten chicken for even cooking.
- Feel free to serve with rice or salad.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
