Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
  4. Press chicken into panko breadcrumbs to coat.
  5. Fry chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove chicken and drain on paper towels.
