Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.
- Add chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Serve with steamed rice.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
