Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken wings in the flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry chicken wings until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine gochujang, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.
  6. Toss fried wings in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • For extra crispiness, double fry the chicken.
