Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Marinate chicken fillets in the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Place marinated chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add couscous, olives, and dried fruits to the broth.
- Cover and remove from heat; let sit for 5 minutes.
- Fluff couscous with a fork and serve with chicken.
