- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat chicken tenders in the mixture.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Dredge chicken tenders in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place tenders on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with a side of vegetables or a salad.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
