- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup cooked bulgur wheat
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- While chicken cooks, prepare tabbouleh by mixing bulgur, parsley, tomatoes, cucumber, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
- Assemble wraps by placing chicken and tabbouleh on each wrap.
- Roll the wraps tightly and cut in half to serve.

- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
- Wraps can be served cold or warm.
