Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup cooked bulgur wheat
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. While chicken cooks, prepare tabbouleh by mixing bulgur, parsley, tomatoes, cucumber, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  4. Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  5. Assemble wraps by placing chicken and tabbouleh on each wrap.
  6. Roll the wraps tightly and cut in half to serve.
