Instructions
- Pound the chicken fillets to an even thickness.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour.

- Add lemon juice, chicken broth, and capers to the skillet.
- Bring to a simmer and return chicken to the skillet.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
