- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, chicken, sausage, bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.

- Use leftover chicken and sausage for quick preparation.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated.
