- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, and shawarma spice mix.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Warm tortillas in a separate skillet.
- Spread hummus on each tortilla.
- Add cooked chicken and top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and tzatziki sauce.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.

- Adjust spices to taste.
