Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- For the sauce, mix diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Serve the chicken skewers with the creamy cucumber sauce.
