Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken fillets with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Pour salsa over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
