Ingredients

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked ground beef

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the diced onion until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in refried beans, salsa, corn, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
  5. In a baking dish, layer 3 tortillas, followed by a layer of the beef mixture and cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
