- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, and cilantro.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve.
Notes
- For spicier pinwheels, add jalapeños to the filling.
- These can be made a day in advance.
