Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs and potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Place the chicken and potatoes in a baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
