- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning mix.
- Spread a layer of the mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the chicken fillets on top of the mixture.
- Spread the remaining mixture over the chicken.
- Top with crumbled bacon and green onions.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or a green salad.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
