Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 4 hours.
- Mix flour, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat each chicken piece in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
