- 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
- Add chicken strips to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Thread chicken strips onto skewers.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve with extra peanut sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
- Can be served with rice or salad.
