Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Add chicken strips to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Thread chicken strips onto skewers.
  5. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. Serve with extra peanut sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
