Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and dashi stock until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, cabbage, green onions, pork belly, and pickled ginger. Mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  4. Pour a portion of the batter into the skillet and shape it into a circle.
  5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise.
  9. Garnish with bonito flakes and nori.
  10. Serve hot.
