- 1 pound chicken fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the pan.
- Stir until the chicken is well coated and the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
