Instructions

  1. Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the pan.
  6. Stir until the chicken is well coated and the sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
